Ken has been in the computer and customer service business for over 30 years and started HACCAR based upon on Hebrews 13:18 "Pray for us, for our conscience is clear and we want to live honorably in everything we do". ·Ken believes the most important services any business can offer a customer is honesty and unparalleled service for a fair price.
Ken is a true "techie", but he is also a great teacher, so if you are a computer novice or an experienced tech, Ken and his team will talk to you at your level.
We provide onsite or drop off service for the Tampa Bay Area as well as remote PC support·(ask us if you are·eligible·for remote support).
Fact: A high percentage computer issues are software related, this means in many cases we don't need to physically "touch" your machine.
We specialize in fast turn around times and our #1 goal is to be honest and affordable.If you are experiencing computer problems, HACCAR can solve your problems quickly, professionally and do it at affordable rates.
